Triflex is a flexible hose for industrial extraction applications, designed for use in areas that require increased structural strength and high vacuum resistance require.
The two-layer construction allows for a more precise design of the hose wall and offers an optimum balance between robustness and long-term reliability.
The inner layer consists of a flexible material, whilst the upper profile is made of a rigid material is made. This combination reinforces the hose and increases its structural stability, making it particularly suitable for demanding working conditions.
Compared to a single-layer hose, Triflex is slightly less flexible, a technical characteristic which enables higher vacuum resistance and improved abrasion resistance on the outer surface enables.
The reinforced outer surface protects the hose in harsh industrial environments, reduces wear and extends its service life.
