The goods will be checked and credited after a positive check.
Spare parts sets for high-pressure cleaners/pumps/valves are excluded from returns.

Returned items for credit or exchange will only be accepted on a voluntary basis if they are in perfect condition and, stating the number and date of the invoice or delivery note, reach us within 2 weeks of delivery. This applies irrespective of the statutory right of cancellation by consumers (private customers). 

In the event of a return, we will charge the customer an inspection and restocking fee of 15% of the net value of the goods.
