Spare parts sets for high pressure cleaners/pumps/valves will only be taken back in unopened OVP

Delivery items returned for credit or exchange will only be taken back on a voluntary basis if they are received by us in perfect condition within 2 weeks of delivery, stating the number and date of the invoice or delivery note. This applies irrespective of the statutory right of cancellation by consumers (private customers).

In the event of a return, we shall charge the customer an inspection and restocking fee of 15% of the net value of the goods.
