Due to the higher mechanical performance of orbital and eccentric machines, such as the CleanTrack CT Q!, material from the backing material repeatedly sticks to the machine's adhesive coating and clogs it. After a short time, the adhesive layer must then be cleaned. Anyone who has ever had to do this knows that it is not a pleasant endeavour. Easy Clean Orbo+ pads therefore use a special, tear-resistant and durable backing material. This guarantees that the Easy Clean material can be used right to the end. The melamine material is bonded to the pad carrier material. The water-based adhesive used has the same adhesive strength as a conventional solvent-based adhesive and is also environmentally friendly. The pad should not be used in conjunction with cleaning agents containing alcohol or chlorine, as these attack the adhesive or the melamine material and impair its durability.
