Jetter valves are special valve plugs that allow an inlet valve (suction valve) to be taken out of service. This eliminates the flow rate of one of the 3 pistons. By eliminating this flow rate, the pump pulsates noticeably, which leads to strong vibrations at the nozzle and a higher cleaning effect in relation to the reduced water volume (approx. -1/3). Due to the vibrations, pipe cleaning hoses slide more easily through narrow pipe bends. Jetter valves must not be used in combination with a pulsation damper. The pulsation function can be switched on or off using a lever.
