Cleaning foam is produced by foam injectors, which are connected directly to the water supply. The water pressure draws in the cleaning agent and air; these are swirled together to form a foam and sprayed out via a foam nozzle or spray head. The cleaning agent can be precisely and automatically diluted at the same time by a dosing device, ensuring the correct dosage is selected for each application.

The foam lance LS12-S from PA can be used up to 200 bar and up to 25 l/min work. It is an accessory designed to generate foam and work in conjunction with professional high-pressure cleaners. The LS12-S foam lance is available with a 1 or 2 litre tank for chemical products and an integrated suction system which, thanks to the high pressure, allows the mixing of water, air and chemical products to produce a foam of optimum density. The ST-75.3 low-pressure foam nozzle
The foam head is intended for dispensing cleaning foam. To produce a high-quality cleaning foam, you need a water-chemical mixture with a foamable cleaning chemical. The ST-75.3 low-pressure foam head is an active foam nozzle, i.e. the foam head itself draws in air, mixes it with a water/chemical mixture and dispenses the resulting foam.
The shape of the emerging liquid jet is infinitely adjustable (from point jet to cone jet).
All wetted parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The housing is made of impact-resistant plastic.
An ST-160.3 injector is used to generate a water/chemical mixture.
